Glaze Beauty Refund Policy

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • We offer free shipping across India on selected prepaid orders.
  • Standard shipping charges may apply to certain products or orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have a convenience fee.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective product.
  • All products require an unboxing video as proof of condition upon arrival.
  • Used products (even swatched) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • We cannot process returns due to personal preference.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

  • Products marked "Final Sale" or on clearance/flash sale.
  • Damaged or used returned items.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items or items purchased with discounts.
  • Products returned due to skin irritation (we recommend a patch test).

Exchange Policy:

We do not provide exchanges at this time.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at contact@glazebeauty.in with your order number and an unboxing video.
  2. We will arrange a pickup within 3-4 business days.
  3. Pack the unused, undamaged product in original packaging.
  4. We will inspect the product. If approved, a refund will be initiated. Damaged returns might not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of approval (minus restocking fee, if applicable).
  • Refundable Amount: Only the product cost is refunded, excluding shipping, COD, and packaging costs.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds or replacements usually take 10-15 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
